Once the contract is awarded, we'll attend a pre-start meeting to finalise a robust plan, including labor requirements, project timelines, and our strict QA/QC process. We submit all necessary project-specific RAMS, insurances, and COSHH information to your site team. Our dedicated workforce of over 60 specialist new build painters is allocated and continually monitored throughout the duration of the project, ensuring we consistently adhere to the program and deliver on our promises.
Aftercare & Customer Support
Every plot is painted to the complete satisfaction of the site management team. We ensure all snag lists are attended to promptly to avoid any delays to your CML dates.
Once CML is achieved, our dedicated Customer Care Division takes over to handle any 4-week calls or touch-ups caused during the client's move-in. By having a completely separate team, we ensure production remains on track while we also provide comprehensive aftercare.
