This case study highlights our role as specialist commercial painting contractors on the prestigious Norton Street student accommodation scheme in Liverpool. Working with our partners, we delivered high-quality new build painting and decorating services for this significant residential development. The project, a massive 220,000 sq ft, consists of three tower blocks of 8, 11, and 15 storeys, all designed to provide modern living spaces for students.

The Canalside development is perfectly situated just north of Middlewich, offering a small selection of beautiful 4-bedroom family homes designed to complement the natural surroundings. Our team of seasoned new build painters and decorators meticulously worked on each of the 27 plots, ensuring every home received a high standard of finish. The swift sell-out of these properties is a testament to the exceptional quality of our work, which helped ensure the homes were market-ready and highly appealing to prospectiOur expert team of decorating contractors meticulously handled the internal decoration of this large-scale project, which includes 783 beds across 730 bedrooms. Beyond the private living quarters, our work extended to all communal spaces, including social areas, a gym, laundry facilities, and the ground-floor retail space.
