Durban Mill: New Build Houses & Decorating in Oldham

This case study proudly highlights our fourth successful project working alongside Countryside Properties at the Durban Mill development in Oldham. As specialist commercial painting contractors, we were entrusted with the full internal decoration of 80 new build houses. We were tasked with a challenging, fast-track programme to complete the painting and decorating for all 80 homes in just six months. Our expert team of new build painters and decorators rose to the occasion, working to a very tight deadline while maintaining an exceptionally high standard of finish. Each of the lovely new homes was finished with clean, fresh white ceilings and walls using high-quality materials, including Crown Covamatt brilliant white and Dulux Trade High Gloss. This attention to detail ensured the properties were not only beautifully finished but also ready for new families to move in.
