This case study proudly highlights our partnership with Renaker Build Ltd on the iconic Exchange Court tower block in the heart of Manchester. As specialist commercial painting contractors, we were delighted to be selected for this prestigious project after our successful collaboration on a previous development, where we stepped in to assist another firm. Our ability to deliver results under pressure on a previous project earned us the full contract painting package for this magnificent tower.

The Exchange Court scheme is a landmark development, standing at a towering 44 storeys, making it the tallest building in the City of Manchester. Our expert team of decorating contractors meticulously handled the full internal decoration of this high-rise apartment block, which comprises 349 high-specification units with one, two, and three bedrooms. Our work included everything from the stunning contemporary bathrooms and bespoke kitchens to the expansive resident facilities, including the gym, 24/7 concierge, residents’ lounge, and two landscaped gardens.

Over a dedicated 14-month period, our professional new build painters and decorators worked diligently to meet the strict project timelines and deliver an impeccable finish throughout the building.
