Stamford House: Apartment Painting in Altrincham, Manchester

This case study highlights a fantastic project where we were selected to partner with CKC Design & Build Ltd on the conversion of a Grade II listed building in the centre of Altrincham. As specialist commercial painting contractors, we were entrusted with the full contract painting package for this complex conversion into 28 luxury apartments. The project's success is a testament to our precision and expertise in working with historical properties.

Phase One saw our expert team of decorating contractors meticulously handle the full internal decoration of the west wing, which included 12 large apartments and a huge communal staircase. We used a high-quality Vinyl emulsion on the ceilings and walls, with all woodwork finished in Satinwood to a very high standard. Our exceptional performance on site for this initial phase led to us being awarded and successfully completing Phase Two as well, reinforcing our reputation as a reliable partner for main contractors and house-builders.

The finished apartments have been handed over to the client, ready for residents to enjoy.
