A fantastic project we were lucky to be awarded of the conversion of a Grade II listed building in the centre of Altrincham into 28nr Luxury Apartments. Phase one was the west wing, which amounted to 12 large apartments and a huge lift shaft cum communal staircase. Paint spec was a high quality Vinyl emulsion on the ceilings and walls, with the woodwork being finished in Satinwood. Phase 1 has recently been handed over to the client, and due to our performance on-site we were successful in being awarded and completing Phase 2.
