This was a full exterior re-decoration project on a house in Alderley Edge. The timber hadn’t been painted for a few years and was starting to rot in places so it was essential it was done ASAP to prevent any further problems.
The job included all the exterior windows and doors, fascias, soffits, eaves and the conservatory roof slats. All the woodwork was sanded back before starting and all cracks and imperfections were caulked and filled. We finished the woodwork with an Acrylic Satin which is hardwearing, quick drying and eco-friendly.
Everything was done the same colour except the front door which was picked out in a different colour, which added a really nice contrast.
We were also asked to find replacement finials for the top of the house which had rotten beyond repair. We removed the old ones, sourced replacements, fitted them and then painted them in.
